Patrick R. Mummy is the founder and President of both Licensed To Healâ, Inc
(LTHâ) and Symmetry--the
parent company to LTHâ, and the author of the nationally
acclaimed book, Symmetry. Relieve Pain and Optimize Physical Motion.
LTHâ, a globally-based, state-of-the-art

With over ten years experience as an amateur and
semi-professional athlete analyzing and treating the physiological and

long-term.
Patrick’s groundbreaking methodology, which includes
assessing and diagnosing muscular weaknesses and imbalances via a
patent-pending software program, utilizes unique and proven successful

isometric and isotonic STARâ Forms customized for each
individual. LTHâ is

Prior to launching LTHâ, Patrick acted as president of
Symmetry, a nationally recognized, multi-disciplinary clinic that offers its
clients hands-on individualized care in administering the STARâ
Forms. Patrick’s degree in Sports
Medicine, with an emphasis in Applied Kinesiology and Biomechanics, combined
with his exposure as a Division One athlete for the San Diego State Men’s
baseball program led to his discovery of the deficits of traditional and
alternative therapies in curing physical pain.
His unparalleled success in achieving
excellence academically and athletically during his career culminated in
his election as San Diego State’s Scholar Athlete of the Year, as well
as Most Valuable Player in 1993.
A nominee to the International Who’s Who of
Professionals, Patrick is a leading speaker on the lecture and news interview
circuit, promoting his methods and non-invasive approaches to many audiences,
including corporations and organizations, such as Qualcomm, Nokia, and SDGE
and others.
He has been a featured guest on television news and
radio stations throughout the nation, such as NBC Medical News Report, CNBC
National affiliates, and KUSI, Channel 9, amongst
others. His impressive repertoire also
includes a guest interview on Dr. James Balch’s “Prescriptions for a Healthy
Living” on WS Radio, the largest internet radio show around the world, as
well as multiple feature articles in leading newspapers and journals
nationwide, such as the nationally renowned Men’s Fitness Magazine, The San
Diego Union Tribune, The San Diego Business Journal, and Competitor
Magazine, to name a few.
Patrick has enjoyed business alliances with the Osteopathic Center for
Children, Henry’s Marketplace where he was officially appointed to their
Health Advisory Board, and The Healthy Back Store, amongst others
and has also sponsored many community events, such as the American Cancer
Society’s Jim Laslavic Golf Tournament, the MS Walk, the Leukemia
Society Marathon and the Easter Seals Annual Wine and Cheese Event,
as examples. Patrick has extended his
LTH program to Canada as well and has been invited to present at the SWIS
conference held in Toronto in October.
