Question: How do I login to the system?
Answer: You must first be invited to the system by either your practitioner or by a Licensed to Heal Adminstrator. Please contact mailto:support@lthinc.com if you feel you should have a login already. Otherwise, proceed to http://www.lthinc.com/login.php to login now.
Question: What is the typical length of the STAR program?
Answer: The typical length of the STARŪ program is eight sessions spread out over a four-month period. The first three sessions are typically one week apart and then if your client is doing well, each consecutive session is two to three weeks apart.
Question: Why does the system sometimes log me off?
Answer: There are two ways the system logs you off. First, is a period of inactivity has been reached, and second, some of the site relys on "cookies" to determine the state of your session. If your cookies are turned off, then when visiting public areas of the site, you may be inadvertently logged off.
Question: Why doesn't my browser work?
Answer: We are supporting Internet Explorer 6.x and Netscape 7.x or above currently. Please try one of these browsers if you are not already.
